- Craftsmanship: Each bubble rock is handcrafted, in natural form or polished to a smooth, glass-like finish on 1 – 4 sides, with natural edges preserved. We suggest you allow our craftsmen as artist to “Follow The Rock”.
- Color Enhancement: When wet, the rock’s colors ROCK! (e.g., Alabaster White, Rustic Rust) are intensified, creating a striking visual effect as water flows over the smooth surfaces or cascades down the natural edges.
- Landscaping Integration: In dry conditions, the rocks blend into surrounding landscapes, offering a subtle, natural aesthetic.
- Functional Design: Every rock has a 25mm / 1″ outer diameter (OD) hole drilled top to bottom, suitable for mounting flagpoles, signs, markers, construction post bases, or other creative applications.
- Optional Customization: Add additional holes for lighting fixture above the rock, paired with house numbers we can engrave numbers or you attach can metal house #s / names.
- Material and Durability: Crafted from high-quality volcanic rock, these rocks require minimal maintenance. Color or Rock surface show long-lasting beauty.

Color of Rocks
Available Colors: Bubble rocks are available in the following color groups:
Alabaster White (creamy, light tones)
Pink Alabaster (soft pink hues)
Rustic Rust (warm reddish-brown shades)
Black (deep solid black)
Variegated Tan (mixed tan and beige patterns)
Variegated Black (black with varied accents)
Black & Grey Variegated (blended black and grey marbling)
Grey with Black (primarily grey with black accents)
Selection Options: Buyers may choose one or multiple color groups within the same order, based on preference and total weight allocation (42,500–43,000 lbs per 40′ container).
Quality Approval Process:
Prior to loading, the seller will provide digital images of each finished rock for buyer review.
The buyer may reject up to 10% of the total pieces (e.g., up to 7 pieces for 71–72 rocks) if dissatisfied with color or look. Rejections must be communicated in writing within 48 hours of receiving the images. Rejected rocks will be replaced with alternatives from the selected color groups, subject to availability, before shipment.
Weight & Pieces per Order
- Total Weight: Each 40′ container will contain 42,500–43,000 lbs of finished rock art.
- Weight per Rock: Buyers may specify a minimum and maximum weight per rock, ranging from 100 lbs (45 kg) to 42,500Lb (19,500 Kg)
- Number of Pieces: The total number of bubble rocks will be determined by dividing the selected average weight per rock into the total container weight (42,500–43,000 lbs). For example:
- At 600 lbs per rock: Approximately 71–72 pieces (43,000 ÷ 600 = ~71.67, rounded to whole pieces).
- At 250 lbs per rock: Approximately 170 pieces.
- At 1,000 lbs per rock: Approximately 42–43 pieces.
- Selection Guidance: We recommend an average weight of 750–950 lbs per rock for optimal two person crew installation, Rock art will be loaded on 20–22 pallets. Individual pieces usually range between 150 – 4,000 lbs.
Cost & Delivery Terms
- Pricing: $0.50 per pound INCLUDING DELIVERY (totaling $21,500 for approximately 43,000 lbs), of one 40′ container loaded with bubble rocks on 20-22 wooden pallets.
- Deposit and Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $5,500 is due upon order confirmation. The balance of $16,000 is due prior to shipment commencement. All payments via Zelle, Vemo or Bank Wire to our account at Bank of America.
- Delivery Logistics:
- Delivery will be made to the buyer’s specified business address, assuming on-site forklift availability for unloading.
- Unloading time: Up to 2 hours is included at no extra charge (estimated 30-45 minutes). Any time exceeding 2 hours will incur an additional fee of +/- $150/hour, payable directly to the delivery company.
- The buyer is responsible for providing safe, accessible unloading conditions (e.g., clear forklift path). The seller reserves the right to reschedule or charge for delays caused delivery delays including by buyer-side issues.
- Transit and Scheduling:
- Estimated door-to-door transit time: 7 weeks via a combination of ocean freight, rail, and truck.
- The delivery company/driver will contact the buyer 48-72 hours in advance to confirm and schedule the exact delivery day and time (within standard business hours, Monday-Friday). And leave the empty container “broom clean” (free of debris and damage beyond normal wear) after unloading. Failure to do so may result in additional demurrage fees passed to the buyer.
- Inspection and Acceptance: Upon delivery, the buyer has 24 hours to inspect the goods for quantity, quality, and condition. Any visible discrepancies must be reported in writing immediately to driver, with record of digital photographs. Goods are deemed accepted if no issues are raised.
- Risk, Insurance, and Liability:
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon loading at origin, but the seller will provide cargo insurance during transit (coverage details available upon request).
- The seller is not liable for delays due to force majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes, customs issues). In such cases, transit times may be extended.
- Any damage claims must be filed with the carrier within their required timeframe; the seller will assist with documentation. TAKE pictures.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Your State, USA. Disputes will be resolved through agreement between Buyer & Seller with last resort through final mediation or binding arbitration] over Zoom / FaceTime.

Type Rock and Custom Orders
The western province of Thailand is geologically rich in metamorphic and igneous rocks due to its position in the Thai-Malay Peninsula. The limestone karst landscapes of Erawan and San Yok National Parks are near the quarry.
The Granite (Igneous Rock) was formed from cooled magma often with quartz, feldspar and mica.
The Marble (Metamorphic Rock) was created under heat/pressure, creating veined patterns.

Option 1: FOB Thai Port (Save 30% – $6,500)
Risk Note: Title and risk transfer to buyer at the Thai port (FOB terms). Seller provides cargo insurance quote for buyer’s consideration during transit.
Payment Terms: $15,000 due upon order confirmation (non-refundable; via wire transfer to specified account).
Logistics:
Seller covers all costs and delivery to the Port of Laem Chabang or Thai export port of Bangkok.
Buyer pays directly for ocean freight, inland/local delivery, and customs brokerage. Seller will coordinate introductions and provide necessary documentation (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list).
Estimated additional costs: $4,000–$6,000 for freight/delivery (based on current quotes; exacts forwarded within 7 days of order).
Customs and Duties: Classified under HTS 9703.00 (Original Sculptures and Statuary, Hand-Carved Rock Art Pieces, One-of-a-Kind). No U.S. duties or tariffs apply as of October 2025 (subject to final CBP verification; buyer responsible for compliance).
Option 2: Full-Service Delivery with 10% Discount (Save $2,150)
- Payment Terms: $19,350 due upon order confirmation (non-refundable; via wire transfer to specified account). This replaces the standard $5,500 deposit + $16,000 pre-shipment balance structure.
- Logistics:
- Seller manages end-to-end door-to-door delivery (about 7-week transit via ocean/rail/truck), including customs clearance and unloading at your business (up to 2 hours with forklift; extra time at approx $150/hour).
- No additional fees to buyer beyond paymen, seller absorbs coordination to shipping port-to-port.
- Customs and Duties: Handled by seller under HTS 9703.00 (duty-free as noted above).
- Risk Note: Seller retains risk until delivery; full cargo insurance included. With exception to Custom, delivery delays that are unforeseen that are out of the shoppers control, Buyer may incur additional cost for Buyer if delays increase costs. This is unusual, not expected, not common but can occur.
